Sophie and Cara are multi-talented writer, performer, theatre, audio, film and TV makers. They first met in 2011 at a workshop with Improbable Theatre, in which they discovered the joys of improvising and writing together.
Their writing includes the Urban Myth for Sky, Handel & Hendrix (starring David Haig as Handel) which aired 2020, Plym, a monologue for the Royal Court, The Littlest Boho which was nominated for the Raindance Discovery Award. In 2021 they were shortlisted for both the Alpine Theatre Award and the Comedy 50:50/UKTV Award. They’ve just been shortlisted for the Female Pilot Club/UKTV Script Callout 2022.
